from 7 to 9:30pm and cost £45
they are an informed yet informal hands-on introduction to making better bread at home.
perfect for both beginners and the more experienced, we cover all the basics and many other useful techniques.
due to limitations of time we can’t really do sourdough from scratch. however we can cover how to start a sourdough and provide all the theory and recipes required.
all the equipment, aprons and other bits and bobs are provided on the night and i will email out all
recipes we used plus there is plenty to nibble and lots of bread to take away too!
